It is at the foot of the impressive Jokin Cliffs, where the steep rocks, dotted here and there by caves, plunge towards the lagoon, that the visitor really becomes aware that Lifou is a coral island. A large wooden staircase connecting hanging terraces that serve as picnic areas leads down to the sea and offers an incredible panoramic view of this wild landscape. Having reached the foot of the cliffs, the Caledodreamers armed themselves with masks and snorkels and dived in to explore the seabed. Underwater it's a veritable explosion of life and colour! A multitude of fish and corals are there to be seen, only a few meters from the shore, sheltered from the sea currents.
